Our Courses
Good dive training where the handling of equipment, dive planning and dive training will come together. From recreational to advanced cave and mine diving.
Scuba Diver Basic Skills
Recreational diving certification to 30m
This recreational diving course teaches students to plan and execute dives in open water to a maximum depth of 30m using air or Nitrox. Students master essential competencies including equipment assembly and configuration, water safety drills and emergency procedures, advanced finning techniques (frogkick, flutterkick, helicopter turns), buoyancy control within ±1 meter precision, gas management calculations and reserve procedures, rescue techniques for unconscious divers, navigation using compass bearings, and team diving protocols.
Extended Basic Skills
Preparation for technical diving
The Extended Basic Skills course serves as preparation for technical diving and advanced training. The program comprises theory (gas planning, decompression, backup planning), problem solving and team diving, stage cylinder handling workshop, and deep dive training. Extensive theory and dive training distinguish SwedTech from other organizations.
Triple Fifty Diver
Single-cylinder technical diving to 50m
This course is designed for experienced single-cylinder divers seeking to extend their diving capabilities to reach deeper sites. Students learn decompression planning using Trimix as bottom mix and accelerated decompression using Nitrox, while maintaining single-cylinder equipment configuration during training. Execute dives to maximum depth of 50 meters with up to 20 minutes bottom time at 50m or 40 minutes at 30m depth.
Technical Diver
Advanced technical diving to 60m
This advanced certification gives the students an opportunity to reach targets outside of the scope of traditional recreational diving. Students learn to use trimix, nitrox, and oxygen for decompression while managing complex technical equipment.
Extended Range Technical Diver
Advanced technical diving to 90m
This advanced technical diving course builds upon foundational technical skills, emphasizing dive planning and team safety. Students learn to extend both depth and bottom time using additional cylinders with bottom gas, in a target-based training approach.
Wreck Diver
Safely explore shipwrecks
SwedTech Diving's Wreck Diver program trains divers to safely explore shipwrecks. The course emphasizes that going inside a wreck is easy, but getting out safely is the tricky part, teaching essential skills for managing reduced visibility and gas-sharing scenarios.
JJ Rebreather Diver
Foundational closed-circuit rebreather diving
This certification teaches foundational closed-circuit rebreather (CCR) diving skills. Students apply techniques from the Extended Basic Skills course to real-world rebreather scenarios, learning to plan and execute dives within no-decompression limits with air as diluent gas.
Technical JJ CCR Diver
Advanced closed circuit rebreather diving to 60m
This advanced rebreather course builds upon existing knowledge, focusing on closed-circuit rebreather diving with scenario-based training. Students learn to plan and perform dives with decompression using Trimix to a depth of maximum 60 meters.
Troglodiver
Independent diving in cave-like environments
The Troglodiver course teaches students to independently dive in cave-like environments such as caves and mines. SwedTech Diving designed this program specifically for Scandinavian conditions, emphasizing techniques for cold water diving around 3°C. The curriculum builds on prior experience from the Extended Basic Skills course, integrating both theoretical knowledge and practical application in overhead environments.
Cave Diver
Team-based cave diving
SwedTech Diving's Cave Diver course is created to give you, the student, the ability together with your team, to be able to safely dive cave like environments. The program runs for a minimum of 12 days with at least 15 hours in water, requiring 20 dives in overhead conditions.
Mine Diver
Safely dive underwater mine environments
This technical diving course enables students to safely dive the underwater environments of mines in cold water conditions around 3°C, building on existing cave diving skills over a 12-day program.
Diver Propulsion Vehicle
Extend your exploration with DPV training
Extend your exploration, reduce your workload and see more of a dive site through DPV training that emphasizes planning, task management, and specialized skills to prevent diving hazards.
Good Samaritan
First aid and emergency response training
First aid and emergency response training that builds on rescue certification while serving divers and surface support personnel. Covers first aid training for emergency action, such as heavy bleeding or cardiac arrest.
Mixed Gas Blender
Learn to mix breathing gases
This course teaches participants how to mix breathing gases like Nitrox and Trimix, and perform oxygen cleaning of diving equipment. The instruction combines theory with practical, hands-on exercises in a workshop setting.
