Learn to mix breathing gases

This course teaches participants how to mix breathing gases like Nitrox and Trimix, and perform oxygen cleaning of diving equipment. The instruction combines theory with practical, hands-on exercises in a workshop setting.

Duration

Usually held over a whole day (8 hours), approximately 50% practical workshop exercises

Prerequisites

Minimum 18 years old, valid diver certification

Learning Objectives

Independently assess equipment suitability for oxygen use
Inspect and adapt gear for oxygen service within qualification level
Plan and perform all types of gas fills according to the partial filling method
